There is no sense on following a diet or weight loss program with few calories if your body is malfunctioning, unbalanced and screaming for help. Dieting can leave you in worse shape than when you startedand can deteriorate your systems and your glands: your entire body.
On the other hand, if you do not have an overweight problem you may have be eating less than you should. It is easy to move to malnutrition. If you follow a good program, and eat foods that make you feel good, you will lose the weight you need to your body ideal weight as your body’s systems function they way they should.
